With a hike to the Three Peaks you will experience the Dolomites in their holistic splendor. They are the landmark of Alta Pusteria and UNESCO World Natural Heritage. You can reach the Three Peaks in one hour by car via the Dobbiaco slip road in the direction of Misurina and then before Misurina turn left on the toll road to the Auronzo Hut. From the parking lot of the Auronzo hut you start the hike along the gravel path that always leads flat to the other (famous) side of the Three Peaks. This route is sunny from morning to afternoon and leads to the Three Peaks Hut. From there you can walk back the same way or go around the Three Peaks.
