At the Kanzelwand mountain station, the Buxheim Brass Band—with about 45 musicians—creates a fantastic atmosphere. Since 2023, the orchestra has been under the musical direction of conductor Ian M. Richter and delights audiences with a varied repertoire—ranging from traditional marches, polkas, and waltzes to modern brass band music and concert pieces.
Look forward to authentic sounds, a cozy atmosphere, and musical enjoyment high above the valley. Come by, take a seat on the sun terrace, and experience brass band music amidst the impressive mountain scenery!
