Arrival and departure
Our Tyrol pampering board begins with the lunch buffet on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. You are also welcome to use the lunch buffet on the day of departure for € 35.00 by arrangement with reception. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am at the latest.
Late check out: On the day of departure, you are welcome to use the room until 6.00 pm at the latest for a fee of € 110.00 or the chalet for a fee of € 210.00 (per room/chalet, incl. lunch buffet and all hotel facilities), subject to availability and by arrangement with reception.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the pension price will be charged!

Our kitchen team will be happy to cater for special diets and allergies.
Please let us know at reception or in the dining room.

Bathrobes for adults and children are provided in your room. If you require a different size, please contact our reception team.
Bellavita Spa
Forget stress and hectic, immerse yourself in a world of senses and well-being - your fountain of youth for vitality and beauty.
Our Bellavita Spa is located in the basement and is open daily from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. Spa reception extension: 913, or you can also arrange your desired appointments at the hotel reception.
Buggies
In the basement you will find the buggies, which you can borrow free of charge subject to availability. All we ask is that you collect the buggy key from reception and return it after use.
Bus and train departure times
Timetables are available at reception. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, next to the main road.
Payment
You are welcome to have all drinks bills charged to your room.
We accept EC and credit cards (except Diners Club and American Express) or cash.
Change of bed linen
Please place the appropriate sign for the change on your bed. We will change your bed linen as often as you like.

Meal times
Breakfast from 07.30 -11.00 am
Lunch buffet with show kitchen: From 12.30 pm freshly prepared pasta dishes, crisp, fresh salads and hot dishes of the day from the show kitchen until 3.00 pm. Homemade cakes, spicy soup of the day, various snacks, as well as South Tyrolean "Marende" for the small appetite until 4.00 pm in the dining room. You are also welcome to enjoy the lunch buffet in the South Tyrolean parlor in your bathrobe.
Dinner: Admission from 6.30 pm - 8.30 pm.
Your clothes embellish the setting of our dinner.

Bicycles
In summer you can borrow bicycles free of charge. We also have new, high-quality e-bikes for adults and children available every year, which you can hire directly from reception for €35.00 per day. We recommend reserving these in good time.
Bike keys and helmets are available at reception, which you should return after use.
Fitness room
The fitness room is located on the 1st floor suite wing. It is open daily from 07:00 - 23:30.

With our all-inclusive guest card, you receive 20% off the ascent and descent with the lifts of your choice in the surrounding area, admission to over 90 museums in South Tyrol (e.g. Gilfenklamm Gorge, Wolfsthurn Castle, Schneeberg Mining Museum, Ötzi Museum in Bolzano), free use of local public transport throughout South Tyrol and special prices at many leisure facilities. You will receive the "activeCard" on arrival at reception.

Indoor and outdoor pool
Our pool area is open daily from 07.00 to 23.30.
An exclusive system without added chlorine ensures crystal-clear water without skin and eye irritation. The water temperature is a pleasant 30° to 33° C all year round.
The XXL infinity pool by the pond and the outdoor whirlpool in the alpine sauna area are heated from 36° to 38°C.
House library
On the first and second floor of the suite wing you will find information and entertainment reading (including beautiful children's books). If you no longer need your vacation book and would like to donate it to the guest library, the guests who come after you will also be delighted. Don't forget your dedication!
Pets
By prior arrangement, "well-behaved" dogs with their own dog basket are welcome. However, out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you do not bring your pet into the wellness area or dining room! However, you are welcome to reserve a table in the bar area, where your pet is also welcome. We also ask you not to leave your dog unattended in the room, in order to avoid damage and noise nuisance to other guests caused by barking. We reserve the right to charge for any damage.

Alpiclub
Children
We offer year-round, age-appropriate childcare every day in the Alpiclub (basement).
Depending on the season, different childcare times are offered so that you can enjoy a relaxing beauty day, a beautiful day of skiing in winter or an exciting hike in summer without having to worry about your little ones.
Our entertainment team puts together a varied adventure program for kids from 3 to 12 years, which you can get at the reception. The little ones are also well catered for, we offer loving baby and toddler care from 0 - 3 years. You can also get more information about this at reception. We ask you to register by the evening before if your children would like to take part in the program. This allows us to tailor the program even better and more individually.
Alpipark
At the Alpipark, the day should simply never end... The rooster crows early in the morning and then it's time to head outdoors. Children's eyes light up at the sight of the huge adventure playground. Go-kart track, rope slide, sand construction site with diggers, camping area with fire pit, trampoline, soccer pitch, petting zoo and much, much more await little adventurers.
Indoor play world
Our new 400 m² play world for young and old is located in the basement.
Fun Park: climbing structure, slides, spider climbing tower, soft shooter arena
Small children's world: coloring computer, giant Lego, climbing wall, table field hockey, memory
Teenie Lounge: pool table, air field hockey, darts, Play Station, table soccer and table tennis.
The equipment is available to you free of charge. We ask you to use them carefully.

Alpizoo
Our petting zoo is looking forward to your visit, but please treat our animals with love and consideration. We ask you not to feed our animals and also not to make an exception for Sunny, our house dog, despite his loyal looks.
Baby kitchen
Our baby kitchen with stove, microwave and sink is available to you throughout the day to the right of the restaurant. In addition, our kitchen offers a homemade baby porridge of the day for your little darling. Please contact the service team in the restaurant for this.
Collection of games
The games table in the entrance hall and in the AlpiWelt in the basement offers you a wide variety of games. From board games to card games and puzzles, there is something for every taste. A selection of game collections and playing cards are also available at reception.

Mattress service
We offer high-quality cold foam mattresses throughout the hotel, which adapt perfectly to your body and offer the best sleeping comfort. However, if they are still too hard for you, we have soft toppers available, just let us know!

Ski depot (only in winter)
The ski depot is located next to reception. You can store your ski equipment here. The outside door is locked in the evening. As ski equipment often gets mixed up, we ask you to mark your skis and boots with your name or room number; appropriate marking tape is available at reception.
Solarium
A high-quality solarium is available in the basement. You can obtain the appropriate tokens at reception and at the Bellavita Spa reception. Cost: € 12.00

Our tap water throughout the hotel is high-quality, healthy mountain spring water and can be drunk without hesitation.

The Almsauna (nude area): 11.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Access only for adults aged 16 and over and without swimwear.

Access only with swimwear and for children only when accompanied by their parents.
The wellness bags with pool and sauna towels and bathrobes are available to you free of charge during your stay. Please leave the wellness bags, towels and bathrobes in your room on departure, as they are hotel property and will otherwise be charged for.
We charge € 5.00 for each change of bathrobe. We offer our wellness bags for € 20,00, the wellness bags for children for € 18,00, hiking backpacks for € 45,00
and children's backpacks "Heidi & Peter" for € 18,00 for sale at the reception.

Laundry service
A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement. Cost: € 4.00 per use.
We also offer a laundry service for items of clothing suitable for the washing machine for a small fee. If you would like us to take care of your vacation laundry, please fill in the enclosed list and place it on your bed with the laundry bag marked with your name or room number.
Your chambermaid will immediately ensure that your laundry is put back clean. Laundry service only in the morning. Service duration approx. 36 hours.

Room cleaning
The rooms are cleaned daily by 3.00 pm at the latest! If you do not wish to be disturbed by room service, please hang the corresponding sign on the outside of the door, but please do not forget to remove it again before 3.00 pm!
