Easy Farming - Hike to the Bergler Acker

Herb hike around Tiers with a visit to the Bergler Acker, harvesting seasonal vegetables and preparing a fresh salad with wild herbs.

We set off together on a relaxed herb hike around Tiers and discover what grows right on our doorstep. We get to know local wild herbs and collect them fresh from nature. Our destination is the Bergler Acker, which the Alpinhotel Vajolet cultivates together with other businesses in Tiers. There we harvest salad and seasonal vegetables together directly from the field.

We prepare a colorful, fresh salad together from everything we have collected and then enjoy it in the field. This is accompanied by bread, wine, water and fine creations made from the vegetables from the Bergler Acker.

For anyone who wants to take a look behind the scenes, learn more about herbs, regional foods and the "0 km" principle - and simply spend a relaxed, enjoyable afternoon in good company.

Way description:

We start our hike at Brunnenplatz and walk along the Kirchsteig and Besinnungsweg towards Völsegger Bild. We continue via the lower Sauböden to the St. Sebastian Pestkapelle and via the Tscherndui forest path to the Oberstraße and then to the Bergler Acker.
