Stove

The stove runs on gas; the hidden gas cylinder is located on the left side of the cabinet next to the oven. To turn it on, simply press and turn the corresponding knob until the flame ignites (the ignition function, which makes a clicking sound, activates all the burners—this is normal).

If the gas ever runs out, you’ll find a spare cylinder downstairs in the basement, right next to the stairs. To replace the gas cylinder, please clear the shelf in the cabinet, disconnect the hose from the cylinder (Note: Left-hand thread—turn clockwise to loosen, counterclockwise to tighten. Everything can be done by hand; please tighten as securely as possible), remove the empty cylinder, and connect the new

cylinder.

Please then restock the shelf, return the empty bottle to the basement, and notify Bergkultur so that the bottle can be replaced.
