Höfersee

The mountain lake is located above the municipality of Tannheim, hidden in the middle of the forest. Lake Höfersee is a small body of water. The circular route to the lake leads from the Rohnenlifte parking lot along a forest path and back again. This leisurely walk into the countryside takes around an hour and covers an altitude difference of 300 meters

The Vilsalpsee, one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol, is located in the middle of the nature reserve of the same name

Swimming there is permitted and free of charge, although the water temperature usually does not exceed 17 degrees.
