Hike from San Martino in Badia to La Valle

The hike begins in the church square of San Martino in Badia. From San Vigilio, the starting point can be reached in about 25 minutes by public transport (free with the Guest Pass) or by car. The trail initially winds south, past the retirement home, through meadows and woods to the Lovara farm. From there, it continues left, crossing the stream to the "Preromane" houses. After crossing the main road, you reach the hamlet of "Costa" (trail no. 4A), which offers magnificent views. A slight climb on a forest road leads to the hamlet of "Ciampëi." Continue on forest road no. 4 to the center of the village of La Valle, where the hike ends.
