Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Your four-legged family members are also welcome here. Our apartments on the first floor are intended for families with dogs. A charge of € 14.00 per night/dog will be added to your room bill on site. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the buffet and wellness area. It is possible to take your dog to the hotel bar. If the dog cannot stay alone in the room, it is possible to take the dog to a separate area on request and with prior notification.

How far is it to the lift station?

It's only a "stone's throw" to the lift station ... because the Hopfgarten Familotel is only a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Hohe Salve cable cars and gives you direct access to the SkiWelt Wilder Salve.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

The nearest supermarkets can be found directly in the center of Hopfgarten ... approx. 600 m from the hotel.

Is there a pharmacy in the village?

Yes - we also have a pharmacy in the village. The local Brixental Valley pharmacy is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Where can you go for a nice walk from the hotel?

The network of official hiking trails in the Kitzbühel Alps region stretches over around 2,500 kilometers. The marked routes lead up to an altitude of 2,400 meters for every level of fitness and

every level.

Where is the nearest train/bus stop?

The nearest bus stop is right next to the train station in Hopfgarten (Hopfgarten Berglift) at the end of the road by our hotel - just a 2-minute walk.

Can the extra services also be charged to the room?

Of course - we will be happy to add the invoice amount to your room bill and you can conveniently pay everything together at check-out.

Bad weather program

Even in bad weather you won't be bored ... because we also have some indoor activities for you. The region also offers many attractions that you can visit in bad weather. Information is available at reception.

Is there an e-charging station?

Yes, we have two e-charging stations in our underground garage, the cost for charging would be a flat rate of € 8.00 if you are already parked in the garage, this is included.

Is there a playground?

Yes, we have a total of 3 playgrounds 90 m² indoor play area ,

Pletzi's Activity Park adventure playground on 700 m² outdoor area and a fenced-off childcare playground. In winter we have the ice garden instead of our Pletzi's Activity Park .

Is the hotel barrier-free?

No, our hotel is not barrier-free. If you have any specific questions, please write to our reservations team.
