Stelvio Bike Day - a car-free day
On Stelvio Bike Day on 29.08.2026, thousands of like-minded people will be riding up the Stelvio Pass panoramic road on two wheels - up to the Stelvio Pass at an altitude of 2,758 meters. On this famous stage of the Giro d'Italia, a total of 1,869 vertical metres and 48 hairpin bends have to be conquered.
For Stelvio Bike Day, the pass road to one of the highest passable Alpine crossings will be closed to motorized traffic for the entire day.
