Bathing shoes

If you do not have bathing shoes with you, you can get them free of charge at reception

Check-out & late check-out

We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

If you would like to enjoy the spa area and the afternoon buffet for longer, you can book these at an additional cost of € 25 per person.

A late check-out WITH room is only possible subject to availability and advance reservation at reception at a price of € 40 per person.

Defect?

If you notice any defective items or defects, please contact reception. Thank you :)

Towels

Together for the environment. Dear guests, towels on the floor mean please replace them - towels hung up mean I will use them again.

In the room you will find small and large towels as well as 1 bath towel per person. In the sauna area you will receive additional towels for the sauna. We ask you to be environmentally friendly with your towel consumption.

Fresh towels for your room are available at reception at any time.

Heating

With free-standing radiators, you can easily regulate the temperature yourself.

For panelled radiators, the top cover can be removed to make the handle accessible - we can also do this for you.

Minibar

The price list for the minibar can be found in the glass cabinet. The minibar is located directly underneath in the wooden cupboard.

Waste separation

Help - for the environment! Waste garbage cans are available on every floor by the elevator. We ask you to separate your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate bins. If you are not sure, you can dispose of waste in the room waste garbage can or hand it in at reception, we will be happy to help. Please note that hygiene waste should be disposed of in the bathroom waste garbage can and never in the toilet. Thank you!

Safe

You will find the instructions for using the room safe next to the safe.

Electricity

Please insert your room card into the light slot next to the room entrance to activate the electricity in the room. We ask you to take the electricity card with you when you leave your room.

TV

The channels are arranged in alphabetical order. You can get a quick overview of the channels by pressing the "Guide" button. Since the channels are updated daily by our cable provider, there may be shifts in the numbers, which is why we do not provide an overview list in the rooms - we ask for your understanding.

If the channel requires a youth protection PIN, please contact the reception

SKY

Unfortunately, SKY is not offered in the rooms, but you are welcome to watch soccer matches or other events at our hotel bar.

WC & hygiene articles

Hygiene articles and other waste do not belong in the WC! We ask you to use the garbage cans in the bathroom.

Room cleaning

We will clean your room daily. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please put the "No room cleaning today" card on your room door.
