Description
Fit for the Mountains—Hiking and mountaineering are among the healthiest sports there are. The fitness hike starts at the Aktiv-Treffpunkt at the Bergbahnen parking lot in Großarl. We’ll get our blood flowing with a brisk walk. During the hike, we’ll stop at three stations to do some light strength and bodyweight exercises. These exercises help you get in top shape for a hiking vacation. After about 2 hours, the hike ends back at the starting point.
