Discover the cultural and historical significance of the churches with their well-preserved fresco cycles on a guided tour of the village. The churches bear witness to the golden age of ore and marble mining. For example, the main portal of the parish church of St. Peter and St. Paul is made of white marble, as is the Gothic portal of the Spitalkirche zum Hl. In 1992, a 5000-year-old marble menhir was discovered in the Church of Our Lady on the Bichl during restoration work. This Latsch menhir has been on display in St. Nicholas Church since 2017.
