Welcome to alpacas, geese and lots of berries...

From the Finkenberg church we hike to the Ramerhof, where we are greeted by alpacas and a flock of geese, chickens and ducks. Angelika and Michael Troppmair are nature park speciality partners. They produce fruit, berries, cereals and GEmüse with much love for nature on their small farm in Finkenberg. We help feed the animals and learn about the special features and character of the animals on the farm. What do alpacas need and where do they originally come from? When do the chicks hatch in the geese and what do they eat? In the garden we pick fresh fruits and vegetables and prepare a snack together. We learn why healthy soil is so important and and what makes a Demeter farm so special. After a fond farewell we walk comfortably back to the bus stop.
