Practical day on gemmotherapy

Discover the power of buds - concentrated plant energy on the rise.

On this practical day, you will learn the basics of gemmotherapy, find out interesting facts about how it works and how to use it and practise safely identifying the most important native buds.

We spend 2-3 hours outdoors in nature and then delve deeper into what we have learned in a short theory session.

At the end, you will prepare your own Gemmo-Mazerat and take it home with you.
