Description
A weekend that not only explains wild plants but also lets you experience them with all your senses. Together with heilBAR, you’ll discover native wild plants on a guided hike featuring sensory exercises, and then process them yourself—from green smoothies and a sauna scrub to an oil infusion and your very own ointment to take home. In the evening, a campfire and the scent of smoldering herbs provide a peaceful end to the day. This experience combines knowledge of nature with relaxation, hands-on activities, and time to breathe deeply in the Bode Valley.
