Asparagus is the most popular spring vegetable and we have been looking forward to the start of the asparagus season for a long time!
From 25 April to 6 May, we will be serving you asparagus specialties from the various regions of France! Each region is a station with a special asparagus dish. You can of course combine several stations as a menu.
The chef's special recommendation, however, is the large asparagus tour, where you can try all our asparagus dishes in several courses.
Of course, asparagus makes its way onto our menu earlier, but we only offer our round trip from 10.4.21.4.26.
