On this special hike, experience nature mindfully and with all your senses. Together, you’ll walk step by step through the surroundings and leave everyday life behind for a moment. The focus here isn’t on athletic performance, but rather on mindfully experiencing the trail and the landscape. This makes the hike a soothing break for body, mind, and soul.
