Carefully selected affirmations and exercises from restorative and yin yoga, release technique and Feldenkrais make this class a body wellness experience.


Breathe out. Let go. Arrive.

The special feature: hardly any active holding or supporting positions are adopted. Practiced lying down, cushions and blankets help to support the body. By holding long postures, firm body structures are also passively stretched.


The natural breath is given plenty of space. Mindful affirmations can open up an inner space of experience - all the way to a meditative state of oneness.
