No previous experience necessary - just the willingness to come to yourself for an hour. Magdalena has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Growing up in Argentina, it has been part of her everyday life since childhood - as something you share with people who are important to you. She brings this warmth to every class. Many people think that meditation means switching off your head. Magdalena sees it differently: it's about simply observing your own thoughts - and giving them space. No performance. No goal. Just arriving.
Beginners are very welcome. Really.
