Having grown up in Argentina, it has been part of her daily life since childhood—as something you share with the people who matter to you. She brings this warmth to every class. Many people think meditation means turning off your mind. Magdalena sees it differently: It’s about simply observing your own thoughts—and giving them space. No pressure to perform. No goal. Just finding peace.
