YogAlign is a Hawaiian form of yoga that trains your posture and strengthens your body's balance through simple functional exercises. Through the combination of breathing techniques (SIP), self-massage, tension and relaxation techniques (PNF), the innermost muscle groups are addressed and strengthened. The holistic exercises restore the balance between the front and back muscles and strengthen the spine as a support for balance. This leads to a natural alignment and balance throughout the body.
