Check-In & Check-Out
Your room will be available from 2:00 PM. If you are arriving after 7:00 PM, please kindly inform us by phone.
Our lunch buffet is included either on the day of arrival or departure. On request, you are also welcome to enjoy our wellness areas free of charge on one of these days (until 2:00 PM on the day of departure).
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM.
Thanks to the “Changing Room” in the Dolomites Family Spa area, equipped with lockable lockers, you can continue to use the basket with bathrobe and slippers from your room even on the day of departure.
Larger luggage can be conveniently stored in your car or left in our luggage room until your departure.
You want to enjoy your last day at the Excelsior? Enjoy a late check out of 55,00 € per person (on request and subject to availability).
Bill payment
You are welcome to pay your bill on the evening before departure until 10:30 PM or on the day of departure from 07:30 AM. For payment we accept cash, debit and credit cards VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, AMEX. Cash payments are permitted up to the legal limit of 4.999,00 €.
