Arrival & departure

On the day of arrival, your room is ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM.

On the day of departure, ask you to leave your room by 10:00 AM.

Late check out

You want to enjoy your last day at the Excelsior? Enjoy a late check out of 55,00 € per person (on request and subject to availability).

Bill payment

You are welcome to pay your bill on the evening before departure until 10:30 PM or on the day of departure from 07:30 AM. For payment we accept cash, debit and credit cards VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, AMEX.
