07:30 - 10:30 AM: Themed Breakfast Buffet

Every day, we offer a rich breakfast selection with a special focus on local and regional products, where quality, freshness and variety come together to satisfy both European habits and international tastes (fresh bread from our local bakeries, cheese, cold cuts & honey directly from our South Tyrolean farmers, seasonal fruits, freshly squeezed fruit juices and more). The buffet is complemented by hot à la carte dishes prepared fresh during live cooking, while coffee specialties are served directly at the table, ensuring an even more pleasant and relaxing breakfast experience.

12:30 - 2:00 PM: Light Lunch

Our light lunch offers a refined combination of regional dishes and light, healthy options – ideal after an active morning in the mountains or on the slopes.

Freshly prepared starters and main courses are complemented by a varied salad buffet with a selection of options and dressings. The experience is completed with fresh fruit and light desserts – for a balanced and enjoyable break.

2:30 - 5:00 PM: Afternoon Snack

In the afternoon, enjoy a selection of savory snacks, fine cold cuts and cheeses, freshly baked cakes and seasonal fruits, complemented by tea and refreshing juices.

7:15 - 9:00 PM: Gourmet Dinner

Every evening our refined gourmet dinner awaits you, featuring a 4-course menu of your choice, including vegetarian, gluten-free and low-calorie options.

Alongside our daily creations, we offer an alternative children’s menu with pasta, starters and main courses, as well as other options tailored to younger guests. A highlight of our offer is the exclusive 4-course vegan menu, combining taste and well-being in perfect balance.

Dinner is complemented by a buffet of fresh salads and homemade bread, as well as our popular ice cream buffet with a variety of toppings, loved by both adults and children.

Our kitchen team pays great attention to allergies and dietary intolerances to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience. For additional requests or dishes outside the regular menu, we reserve the right to apply a supplement of up to 15,00 € per course.
