Check-In

Your room/suite is ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm.

If you are arriving later or earlier, please let us know. The Gourmet Board PLUS begins on the day of arrival with the afternoon snack and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11.00 am at the latest on the day of departure for organizational reasons. Please note that our reception is only staffed from 8.00 am. If you are considering leaving earlier, you have the option of settling your hotel bill by 9.30 pm the day before. You are welcome to request a late check-out at reception and enjoy the ZillergrundRock on your day of departure until 5.00 pm (without room/suite).
