In the show dairy "Drei Zinnen" you will find out the answer and much more: small museum, tour of the visitors' gallery with a view of the production process, insight into the ripening cellar, subsequent tasting opportunity, store, bistro and much more.

The best time to visit is Tuesday to Friday in the morning, as all production processes can be viewed during this time.
