You can reach the Three Peaks in about an hour by car from Dobbiaco, heading towards Misurina. Just before reaching Misurina, turn left onto the toll road that leads to Rifugio Auronzo. From the parking lot of the Auronzo hut, you start the hike along the gravel path, which is always flat and leads to the other (famous) side of the Three Peaks. This route is sunny from morning to afternoon and leads to the Drei Zinnen hut.
