With buggy: From the monte elmo to the Gallo Cedrone hut

Please note: In summer 2026, due to the construction of the new Versciaco cable car, the "Gallo Cedrone hut" will be accessible via the Helmjet from Sesto!

From the Helmrestaurant on 2.000m you can start the leisurely family hike to the Gallo Cedrone hut. The path is not asphalted, but easily manageable with strollers with large wheels. Throughout the hike you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sesto Dolomites.

Tip: Sunset Aperitivo from 24 July 2026 to 11 September 2026, every Friday from 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm. The last descent with the Helmjet is at 8.30 pm to Sesto.
