Our Values

As in any resort, the people are the heart, which make the place so special and unique. To give your family the best vacation possible, we have some values by which our community and our resort lives.

Kindness:

Love and kindness is the universal language that everyone understands. Therefore, give each other a smile, greet each other, help each other.

Respect:

Our quality standards...

These are here to ensure the best possible vacation for everyone.

-Access by car: only for arrival and departure!

-Public areas (e.g. barbecue stations etc.) will be left as clean as you found them.

-No rearranging/replacing of furniture

-Always have an eye on your children.

-Have fun! Disruptive parties are not allowed in our resort.

-Do not bring outside guests into the resort.

Mother Nature.... Do not leave negative traces in the form of rubbish etc. neither in your home, nor in the resort, but especially not outside in nature!

Honesty:

We treat each other honestly and sincerely! We try to do our best every day! Nevertheless, we are not perfect. So if there is something that bothers you, tell us. We will do our best to fix it as soon as possible. Just send us an email: helpy@feriendorf-hochpustertal.com

Trust & Honesty:

In our community, we trust each other. That is the reason why we provide you all apartments without deposit and we have installed several trust funds.

Help each other:

This applies to the large number of regular guests! You are literally experts of our region. So help new guests find their way around our resort, give each other insider tips on where to go for the most amazing experiences with your family. A small tip often has a big impact on a family's vacation.

Don't be that family that "screws up."
