Welcome to the colorful yoga mat! In kids’ yoga, we transform into roaring lions, strong mountains, and fluttering butterflies. Through play, the kids discover simple yoga exercises that improve flexibility, balance, and concentration. In between, there are little breathing games and guided imagery exercises to help them dream and relax. Whether you’re a beginner or a little pro—every pose is explained with lots of fun and tried out together. At the end, we roll up our mats feeling content, calm, strong, and happy.
