During our 1:1 sessions, a personal trainer focuses on your specific goals. The sports program is tailored to your fitness level and your needs. Depending on the weather, training can be carried out in our modern fitness center, on the roof terrace or in the fresh mountain air in the countryside. You can either arrange an individual training session or book a subscription with 5 or 10 sessions. We offer the fitness program for private groups from 2 to a maximum of 12 people.

Body analysis

The basis of individual and effective fitness training is a detailed assessment of your current position. The body composition analysis measures the respective proportion and ratio of skeletal muscle mass, water and body fat. You will be informed of your results after the immediate evaluation by our trainers.

Nutrition consultation

Paracelsus already knew: "Man is what he eats." A balanced diet is the basis for a healthy body. The aim of the consultation is to combine the demand for enjoyment and the insight into a healthy diet into a perfect synthesis and to teach techniques that guarantee easy implementation in everyday life. Based on dietary and medical findings, we put together individual menus for you that you can easily recreate in everyday life. Of course, there will be no shortage of enjoyment.
