Impulse lecture with small tastings
in the comfortable living room of the Hotel Wirthshof
Many people only know honey as a typical bee product. However, the product range of bees is much more extensive than one might think at first glance. Health-promoting bee products are for example: Honey, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly and pollen. Our ancestors used honey or propolis, a kind of bee resin, to heal wounds, and even the ancient Egyptians knew about the healing purposes of flower pollen, nectar & Co.
In a lecture with samples you experience more over their production, contents materials, effect as well as application examples.
