The practice? Simply far too difficult to describe. From the gourmet breakfast to the 6-course dinner menu, we conjure up one smile after another on your lips, in the truest sense of the word. Austrian gourmet cuisine that doesn't shy away from international trends if they convince us.

Daily alternatives such as veal Wiener schnitzel, fillet steak & a vegetarian dish are also available to every guest.

If you're not quite so hungry, you can also choose just parts of the menu.
