Take some time out and experience how beneficial the combination of movement and breathing can be. During meditative walking, we consciously focus our attention on the moment and create space for calm, mindfulness and slowing down in everyday life. Gentle movement in the fresh air can help to clear your head and find new inner balance. Please wear comfortable clothing as the session takes place outdoors. The meeting point is at the concierge.
