SHIRODHARA - Shiro/head & Dhara/flow
During forehead pouring, warm oil flows slowly in a continuous stream along the hairline onto the forehead. This is probably one of the best-known forms of Ayurvedic therapy. An Ayurvedic full-body massage with warm oil is performed before the forehead pouring, which relaxes the body and mind. Shirodhara has a balancing and calming effect on the autonomic nervous system.
Duration - 50 minutes
Choose an additional individual Ayurvedic full-body massage, preferably recommended by an Ayurveda specialist, to bring your life energy back into harmony.
