Treatment duration:
Please arrive in good time before your appointment and wear your bathrobe. The specified treatment duration includes not only the actual treatment time, but also the time for greeting, changing, resting after the treatment and saying goodbye. We recommend that you allow an appropriate rest period after your treatment.

To ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you speak quietly in the spa area and refrain from using smartphones or other mobile devices.
Before your treatment begins:
We ask that you come to the spa reception about 10 minutes before your appointment. You are welcome to pass the time there with tea, water and magazines while you wait for your treatment. Please shower before the start of your treatment so that your skin is optimally prepared for the care products.
