Wearing a certified bike helmet is mandatory on all bike tours.

Participation in these activities is always at your own risk.

Participants confirm that they are in good health, possess a reasonable level of physical fitness, have basic cycling skills, and are familiar with traffic laws. They also confirm that they meet the requirements regarding physical fitness and riding technique specified in the tour description (see tour category).

Children and adolescents under the age of 18 may only participate in the tours when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

It is your responsibility to inform the guide of any allergies or other health-related information.
