Gentle breathing meditation on supported cushions aligns the spine and opens the chest. By consciously directing attention to the breath, the body, mind and nervous system are calmed, stress is reduced and the here and now can be experienced. Wandering thoughts are gently guided back to the breath in order to practise more inner balance, mindfulness and letting go.
