Details

Take a nostalgic trip "From old and new Klagenfurt" with a vintage convertible bus from 1951.

You can get on at 08:50 directly at the driveway to the hotel parking lot (Universitätstraße 104). The actual journey begins at Klagenfurt main station (bus station) and leads through the historic city center, past the cathedral to Neuer Platz and on to the botanical garden at the foot of the Kreuzberg. The vintage bus reaches the Lendkanal at the Jergitschsteg and follows this almost 500-year-old waterway to the Stone Bridge. The route continues through Waidmannsdorf to the Klagenfurt stadium, which is visited for the first time on this tour. From the stadium, the route continues via Stein and Viktring to Klagenfurt See, where a nostalgic boat awaits for a round trip to Reifnitz. Afterwards, take the vintage bus back to the city center or walk back to the hotel (approx. 800 m).

Prices: Adults & young people aged 14 and over EUR 27, children aged 4 and over EUR 16.00

Duration: approx. 3.5 hours

Registration: Registration is mandatory for both tours by 16:00 the day before on the Klagenfurt Tourismus website. If the minimum number of participants is not reached and also in the event of bad weather, the tour will be canceled and you will receive information from the Klagenfurt tourist region.
