Tux mill

Helpful facts

The Tux mill from 1839 has been restored and thus a piece of rural culture has been preserved. In the past, the farm was largely self-sufficient and barley, which still thrives at our altitude, was cultivated. This barley flour was used not only for baking bread, but also for the preparation of various pastries (e.g. for noodles, doughnuts).
