Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that combines physical techniques, breathing exercises and meditation. The aim is to achieve balance between body and mind, primarily through physical exercises (asanas) in conjunction with breathing, as well as meditation and deep relaxation (shavasana).
The active program is included for our hotel and day spa guests as well as for our members. You are also welcome to register for the active program without a membership or a stay at the hotel.
Please note that advance registration via the spa reception is required.
