To get a free line, please call the reception to activate it in your room. Then dial 0 and the number you wish to call.
Extras
Additional consumptions (e.g. drinks, lunch) will be charged daily to your room bill. The bill can be paid daily or on the day of departure at the reception.
Hotel bill
The hotel bill can be settled on the day of departure or the night before. You are also welcome to make a deposit upon arrival. We prefer cash payment, but you can also pay by ATM or credit card (Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard).
Deficiencies/Defects
In case of existing defects, we ask you to report them to the reception, so that we can fix them as soon as possible.
Criticism & suggestions
We are constantly striving to further develop the quality and services in our hotel. Suggestions and tips are always welcome and we are happy to take note of them at the reception. You can also post suggestions for improvement in the mailbox at the lower hotel entrance.
Towels
For towel change, you can put your towels on the floor or in the shower.
Additional towels can be picked up at the reception.
Fitness
To open the door in the fitness room, you can get the key at the reception.
