We kindly ask you to vacate the suite by 10:00 am at the latest.
In order to improve the coordination of room cleaning, please let reception know as soon as you have vacated the room or hang the "Please tidy up your room" card on the door.
You can also use our spa area on the day of departure, we charge €20.00.
E-car charging station:
You will find the wallbox for electric vehicles in front of the entrance area. To charge your vehicle, simply activate the respective charging station with the Wollbox card (pick up at reception). We charge €0.45 per kW.

To get a free line, please let reception know to activate it in your room. Then dial 0 and the desired number.
Extras
Additional consumptions (e.g. drinks, lunch) will be charged to your room bill. The bill can be settled at reception on the day of departure.
Hotel bill
The hotel bill will be settled on the day of departure. You are also welcome to make a deposit on arrival.
Faults/defects
If there are any defects, please report them to reception so that we can rectify them as quickly as possible.
