At the "Oberwolfsgrube" farm, Florian Wolfsgruber keeps 80 dairy goats and produces various specialties in his small dairy. After touring the farm, Florian will give you an overview of the different types of cheese and offer you a tasting. Goats are real gourmets; they only eat the finest herbs and grasses of the mountain meadows around the farm, making their milk and ultimately the cheese particularly aromatic and uniquely tasty.
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car).
Cost: € 15,- per person for the cheese tasting (will be charged to your room account)
