Hotel Gierer
Available at the reception as six-packs of "Hellen" and as "Drilling" of the three regular varieties.
The first type of beer that once ran through the tap of the pub brewery was the Spezial. To this day, this amber-colored Märzen beer is one of the three regulars that can be enjoyed all year round, alongside the golden-yellow Hellen and the yeasty Weizen.
The "Helle" is the Max & Moritz brewery's mainstay and is known for its strong golden-yellow color, noticeably pleasant hopping and balanced aroma. It is brewed naturally cloudy from the regional and classic Tettnang hops. However, the Tettnanger Perle hop variety gives it that little bit extra and a gentle bitterness.
Consisting of two bottles of each of the three core varieties "Helles", "Hefeweizen" and "Spezial", the Drilling is a foray into the Max & Moritz brewery.
