What can you expect?

We’ll start with a short guided meditation, followed by a breathwork sequence that you’ll feel right away—in your body, in your mind, and in your mood for the rest of the day.

Anyone who’s been there knows: It’s one of the simplest and most effective things you can do for yourself.

Meditation

Right after waking up, the brain is still in the theta wave state. Consciousness is open, the analytical mind not yet in full swing. There’s no better moment to truly ground yourself.

What does breathwork do?

Breathwork isn’t a relaxation exercise—it’s a direct intervention in the autonomic nervous system. Through targeted breathing techniques, the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is regulated: stress hormones like cortisol decrease, the vagus nerve is activated, and the body measurably shifts into recovery mode. At the same time, oxygenation in the tissues improves, the mind becomes clearer, and thought spirals lose their grip. What weeks of passive rest can barely achieve, a single conscious breathing session can initiate.

No prior experience necessary—suitable for everyone.
