Herbal workshop at the Niedersthof

While nature comes to rest in winter and the

plants are slow to grow, we make beneficial herbal products

from the

dried herbs - including a lip balm, lörge ointment,

bronchial ointment, cough syrup and an anti-flu

tincture - so that we are well prepared for the cold season

.

A small tea tasting

rounds off our herbal morning.

make your own are summarized in a recipe booklet

included.
