Monday 5:00 p.m.: Relax into the Evening

Tuesday 4:00 p.m.: Relaxation Aufguss

Friday 4:00 p.m.: ABBA

Friday at 5:00 p.m.: Relaxation steam session

The following scents are used:

Blood orange, lemon-peppermint, Litsea Cubeba, Swiss stone pine, spruce, grapefruit-patchouli, lavender, and mountain pine
