On the slopes before everyone else

The experience begins with an exclusive gondola ride at 7:30 a.m. Afterward, you’ll explore the ski resort in small groups before everyone else, followed by a short stop for a coffee break.

Breakfast together to recharge

Refreshed with a hot beverage, you’ll then head back out onto the slopes—either on your own or with a group—before enjoying a balanced breakfast at the Wirtshaus am Tuxer Ferner: from Zillertal mountain cheese to hay milk yogurt to Schlegeis bacon and much more.

Information

Meet at 7:20 a.m. at the Hintertux valley station (Please purchase your ski pass and arrange for ski equipment the day before and bring them to the meeting point)

7:30 a.m.: A brief welcome by staff from the Zillertal Glacier Cable Car, followed by a group ride up to 3,250 m.

Once we arrive at the top station of Glacier Bus 3, we’ll split into small groups and ski down two runs together. The gondola rides can be used to ask questions about the ski area, the glacier, or the surrounding mountains.

Short stop and coffee break at the Tuxer Fernerhaus. Afterward, continue on your own or with a guide.

The breakfast buffet at the Wirtshaus am Tuxer Ferner opens at 10:00 a.m. Until 10:45 a.m., you can refuel with scrambled eggs and bacon, croissants, fruit salad, and other treats.

Participation is at your own risk and limited to experienced skiers and snowboarders (the ability to ski red runs with ease is required! This is not a ski lesson!)
