You keep hearing about all the positive effects of meditation, but you are unsure how to go about it and feel that you are just too restless?
Do you find it difficult to sit still for long periods of time and do you notice that your thoughts are constantly wandering?
In this lesson I will take away any confusion that has arisen around the word meditation in your head.
In just 45 minutes I will explain the most important basics, show you effective ways to help and then put what you have learned directly into practice with you.
This way it will be easy for you to integrate a regular meditation practice into your everyday life and thus lead a more balanced and energetic life!
The hour is composed as follows:
10 min introduction to meditation itself
15 min learning effective tools (the right seat, breathing exercises...)
15 min guided meditation
5 min final thoughts
