Together with Stephanie, you’ll stoke the old

oven and bake traditional South Tyrolean farmhouse bread

the old-fashioned way. In the process, you’ll discover the variety

of local grain varieties and the authentic

flavor of real, wholesome bread.


Kneading – Baking – Tasting – Enjoying: Stephanie

guides you through every step of the craft. The

deliberate absence of additives and the gentle

processing make our bread what it is:
